We are hiring for a Design Manager for Women's Western wear category for our client in fashion retail industry.

Role Summary

Responsible for leading the design and development of womens western wear categories ensuring trend-led yet commercial collections aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design from concept to production for women’s western wear.
- Develop seasonal themes, color palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Ensure solid focus on fit, quality, and construction.
- Conduct trend, market, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
- Oversee sampling, fit sessions, and final approvals.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
