Qualification: B.E (Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering)

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for development, engineering, and manufacturing of automotive fasteners by reviewing customer requirements, evaluating product manufacturability, selecting suitable manufacturing processes and materials, driving new product development, and implementing process improvements to achieve quality, productivity, cost, ESG, and safety objectives.

Review customer drawings, specifications, standards, RFQs, and technical requirements to ensure complete understanding of product and quality expectations.

Develop and optimize manufacturing process flow, including cold heading, cold forging, thread rolling, thread forming, heat treatment, surface treatment, and final inspection activities.

Experience in automotive fastener manufacturing.

- Experience in cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, plating, and recent product development.
