We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled to manage end-to-end recruitment across retail stores and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high-volume retail hiring and corporate recruitment across functions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Handle candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Manage recruitment vendors and drive cost-effective direct hiring.




- Track recruitment MIS, hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratios and other key metrics.
- Support employer branding, diversity hiring and recruitment process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong exposure to both retail/store hiring and corporate recruitment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in vendor management, recruitment analytics and MS Excel.
