Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end plant infrastructure projects across Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Interior domains.

- Manage project timelines, budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), milestones, and deliverables.

- Review architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.

- Handle project planning, resource allocation, RFQs, tendering, vendor selection, and contractor management.

- Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and present project updates to senior management.

- Manage greenfield/brownfield projects and plant infrastructure development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Master's in Structural Engineering or Architecture preferred.





- 1012 years of experience in civil/structural design and infrastructure project management.

- Experience in industrial, factory, construction, or infrastructure projects.

- Robust knowledge of structural design, construction execution, project planning, and budget control.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, STAAD.Pro, BIM 360, or ArchiCAD.

- Experience in CAPEX/OPEX management, contractor handling, and statutory compliance.

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work at the Chakan plant location.
