- Position Title: Manager / Senior Manager
- Reports to: Director / Vice President / C-Level
- Direct Reports: Team Leads, Supervisors, or Managers (for Senior Manager) / Individual Contributors (for Manager)
- Experience Required: 3–5 years (Manager) to 5–10+ years (Senior Manager) of relevant domain experience

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Planning: Translate high-level organizational objectives into actionable departmental goals, workflows, and execution plans.
- Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct regular reviews, coach team members, and drive corrective actions for underperformance.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Assist with or take full ownership of departmental budget preparation, cost control, variance analysis, and monthly financial/P&L; reviews.
- Team Leadership & Governance: Guide supervisors/managers, review hiring/termination requests, and foster a culture of compliance, accountability,



and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between upper management, internal departments, and external vendors or stakeholders.
- Process Automation & Quality: Identify bottlenecks, champion digital/process automation projects, and ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, or regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, SOX).

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a specialized relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise software (e.g., ERP, SAP, SQL, or specialized domain tools) and advanced data reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, BI dashboards).
- Leadership & Behavioral Skills:
- Robust strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-pressure timelines.
