The Platform Engineer is a role that is responsible delivering Cloud Platform solutions to enable, support and power our Cloud journey. Working as part of Platform Engineering to develop shared resources, implement guardrails, define and support adoption patterns and best practice across our cloud solutions.

1. Develop and support solutions to manage and automate our development, test and production cloud environments.
2. Provide Systems administration and operational support to development teams:
1. Environments Infrastructure and platform build and configuration
2. Performance testing and postproduction monitoring
3. Pro-active capacity management and scaling
4. OS, platform and Security patching strategies





- Ensure components are developed in line with target architecture both from an application design and Infrastructure or cloud platform perspective
- Identify opportunities for improving methods, processes and use of toolsets.
- Demonstrate Innovations through prototyping and POC work.
