Role & responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
- Introduce and promote the company's medical/healthcare products.
- Explain product features, advantages, applications, and usage effectively.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with doctors and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support product demonstrations, presentations, medical events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate daily field activity, customer visit, and sales reports.
- Update CRM and other reporting systems on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customer support, and product requirements.
- Participate in regular product and sales training programs.




- Ensure professional conduct and compliance with company policies during customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a confident, presentable, energetic, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable with fieldwork, enjoys interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals, and is eager to build a long-term career in medical aesthetics and healthcare sales.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Freshers with Bachelors & Masters in Sales & Marketing or a relevant qualification in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- A proactive attitude, learning mindset, and robust interest in sales and business development.
- A career-oriented approach with the ability to work toward targets and business objectives.
