Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Management Trainee - Sales Marketing to join our Agro Chemical and Fertilizer business team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales growth, dealer network development, farmer engagement activities, and market intelligence. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in the agriculture input industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team in achieving territory-wise sales targets
- Assist in dealer and distributor management
- Conduct market visits to understand farmer requirements and crop patterns
- Support product promotion activities, farmer meetings, demo plots, and field days
- Coordinate with retailers and channel partners for demand generation
- Collect competitor information, pricing trends, and market feedback
- Assist in executing branding and promotional campaigns in rural markets
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Support crop-wise and season-wise sales planning
- Build relationships with farmers, dealers, and field influencers
- Ensure timely resolution of dealer and customer queries

Skills Required:

Key Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in Sales Marketing, Agri Business,



or related field
- B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture / BBA / MBA preferred
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Agro Chemical, Fertilizer, Seeds, or Rural Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural and field locations
- Positive understanding of agriculture market dynamics
- Knowledge of fertilizers, crop nutrition, and dealer sales channels is an advantage
