As a Management Trainee in the Innovation department, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving creativity, problem-solving, and disruptive thinking within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

Analyze consumer behavior, industry dynamics, and technological advancements to inform innovation strategies.

Idea Generation and Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas that address specific business challenges or capitalize on market trends.

Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and brainstorming activities to foster a culture of innovation within the organization.

Project Management:

Support the end-to-end management of innovation projects,



from concept development to implementation and evaluation.

Create project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Prototyping and Testing:

Assist in the development of prototypes, minimum viable products (MVPs), or proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and gather user feedback.

Coordinate user testing sessions and gather insights to iterate on product concepts and features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with departments across the organization, including R&D;, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to integrate innovative solutions into existing processes and products.

Serve as a liaison between different teams to facilitate communication and alignment on innovation initiatives.

Learning and Development:

Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills related to innovation management, design thinking, and project management.
