Role DescriptionAsia-Pacific Institute of Management is seeking dynamic, knowledgeable, and passionate Management Faculty members to deliver high-quality teaching across key management disciplines.

The successful candidates will contribute to curriculum development, student mentoring, applied research, and industry-oriented learning initiatives. They will design and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, workshops, and case-based learning sessions that connect management theories with real-world business applications.

Key responsibilities include developing course materials, assessments, case studies, and practical assignments; mentoring students and guiding academic projects; contributing to curriculum enhancement in line with emerging industry trends; and participating in academic conferences, corporate training, consulting assignments, and institutional outreach initiatives.

Faculty members will also be encouraged to engage in scholarly research, academic publications, industry collaborations, and executive education programmes.

This is a full-time,



on-site position based at AIM's campus in Jasola, New Delhi. Visiting faculty opportunities may also be considered for suitable candidates.

Areas of SpecialisationWe welcome applications from candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Strategy & Innovation: Digital transformation, global business strategy, entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership.
- Finance & Fintech: Corporate finance, investment banking, financial management, and digital financial ecosystems.
- Marketing & Analytics: Consumer behaviour, digital marketing, brand management, marketing analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Operations & Supply Chain Management: Operations strategy, logistics, supply chain optimisation, and sustainable operations.
- Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources: Leadership, organisational development, talent management, and workplace behaviour.
- Entrepreneurship & International Business: New venture creation, innovation management, global business, and international strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Academic Background: Ph.D. or Fellow Programme equivalent in Management or a relevant discipline, preferably from a reputed institution. Candidates with a strong postgraduate qualification and substantial teaching or industry experience may also be considered for suitable positions.
- Teaching Expertise: Demonstrated experience in university-level or business school teaching, preferably in MBA or PGDM programmes.
- Subject Knowledge: Strong expertise in one or more relevant management disciplines, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical business applications.




- Curriculum Development: Ability to design, develop, and update course content in alignment with academic learning outcomes and contemporary industry practices.
- Research & Publications: Solid research capabilities and a track record of publications in reputable academic journals are desirable, particularly for academic appointments.
- Industry Engagement: Experience in corporate consulting, executive education, professional training, or industry-linked projects will be an advantage.
- Teaching Methodology: Familiarity with case-based teaching, experiential learning, simulations, and educational technologies.
- Communication & Mentoring: Excellent communication, presentation, classroom facilitation, and student mentoring skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with faculty members, academic committees, industry partners, and institutional stakeholders.
