Role Description<

As a Management Intern at Smart Clicks, you will support day-to-day operations related to digital content projects and client management. This internship role is hybrid, based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation, reporting, and coordination. Typical responsibilities include assisting in project planning and scheduling, coordinating with internal teams and clients, hiring, client outreach, tracking progress of photoshoot and cinematography assignments, and helping with basic documentation and data entry.

You may also support workflow optimization, vendor coordination, and preparation of presentations or reports for management. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to managing creative projects and understanding business processes within a digital content services company.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.




- Basic knowledge of business operations, project management, or administration; exposure through coursework or prior internships is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort with online collaboration tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to analyze simple data, prepare reports, and support decision-making for management.
- Interest in digital content services, media, marketing, or creative industries; willingness to learn production workflows.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Lucknow, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
