Job Overview

We are looking for motivated candidates to handle HR activities, management consultancy operations, and business analytics. The candidate will support HR processes, data analysis, MIS reporting, and business performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

HR Activities

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Prepare recruitment and HR performance reports.

Business Analytics & MIS Reporting

- Collect, organize, and analyze HR and business-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Work with MS Excel for data management and performance tracking.
- Analyze productivity, recruitment metrics, and business performance.
- Provide reports and insights to support management decisions.

Management Consultancy Activities

- Assist in preparing business reports and presentations.




- Coordinate with teams to monitor targets and project progress.
- Support operational planning and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in HR management, business analytics, and consultancy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
