: Logistics Executive – Diagnostic Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls related to the Logistics Department and direct them to the appropriate team.

- Verify patient details on TRFs, check sample quality and quantity, and manage TRF scanning.

- Track approved reports, arrange printing, and organize reports according to courier rounds and availability.

- Coordinate sample pickup requests and dispatch local courier personnel promptly.

- Follow up with technical departments regarding pending reports.

- Ensure strict compliance with NABL protocols, including temperature monitoring and documentation, while receiving samples from courier personnel.

- Collect, organize, and store TRFs daily as per established protocols.

- Manage inter-laboratory material supply and transportation.





- Coordinate home visit requests received through the application.

- Supervise night-shift logistics operations.

- Coordinate bus transportation for sample pickup and ensure timely dispatch.

- Manage staff duty schedules and ensure adequate duty arrangements.

- Oversee HLM center operations, ensuring timely sample transportation, service coordination, and staff duty management.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with logistics or healthcare experience will be preferred.

- Experience in logistics coordination, sample handling, or diagnostic laboratory operations is an advantage.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in shifts as required.
