Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle maintenance, including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Coordinate CCTV camera maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Negotiate prices, compare quotations, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain robust vendor contacts and good knowledge of the local Pune market.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, site inspections, and timely resolution of complaints.
- Travel locally within Pune for site visits, vendor meetings, and material procurement.

Candidate Requirements:

- 4–6 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Practical technical knowledge of building maintenance and CCTV systems.
- Strong vendor network, market knowledge, and negotiation skills.
- Good coordination,



communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally; a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
