Arriance RMC is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance activities at our Indore plant. You’ll ensure our equipment and facilities are in valuable working order to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise the maintenance team and assign tasks.
- Preventive Maintenance: Create and follow maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Fix any equipment problems quickly and efficiently.
- Safety: Make sure all maintenance work follows safety rules and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of maintenance work and repairs.
- Budgeting: Help manage the maintenance budget and find cost-effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Civil or a similar field.
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in maintenance, ideally in a factory or industrial setting.
