Position Overview:

- Responsible for leading and managing all maintenance activities within the solar cells and modules manufacturing unit
- This includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, managing the maintenance team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective plant operations
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical production machinery used in the manufacturing processes, HVAC systems and facility infrastructure




- He should develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime Key Skills : Solar PV System Maintenance, Solar Inverter Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, Electrical System Maintenance, Electrical Mechanical Systems, Fault Diagnosis and Rectification, Facilities Management.

Qualification Experience : Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Automation or a related field. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
