Maintenance Manager – Key Requirements and Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems, power systems, and CNC machines.
- Handle electrical maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Maintain CNC machines; experience with presses, welding machines, powder coating plants, and conveyors is preferred.
- Read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings.
- Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and compliance documents.
- Track drawing revisions and maintain proper version control.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and TS 16949 systems.
- Lead the maintenance team and drive TPM practices.
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, warehouse, and other departments.
- Manage domestic and international vendors for technical support and improvements.




- Prepare maintenance reports, communicate in English, and coordinate with government agencies.
- Support engineering improvements and new product development.
- Travel to the Head Office, branches, customers, and vendors as required.

Experience: 5–10 years in factory maintenance within a manufacturing company. Experience in farm machinery, automotive, engines, or transmission gearboxes is preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
