- Handle day-to-day maintenance activities and facility management.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and timely breakdown repairs.
- Manage electrical, plumbing, equipment, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Supervise maintenance staff and monitor work quality.
- Maintain maintenance records and control repair costs.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
