Skills-

- Industrial Electrical Maintenance experience.
- PLC troubleshooting very key.
- Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance.
- RCA, CAPA & 8D problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HSE, IATF 16949 & safety procedures.
- Manufacturing/automotive plant experience.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Manage shift-wise maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability and minimum breakdowns across all three units.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including PLC troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Lead maintenance technicians, train operators, and manage spare parts, machine history records, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, IATF 16949, 5S, and work permit requirements.
- Drive cost reduction, energy conservation, continuous improvement, and statutory maintenance inspections.
