Job Opportunity: Machine Shop Operator - CNC / Turning / Grinding

Nikis Utility Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 20 Machine Shop Operators for deployment at ILJIN Global India Pvt. Ltd.'s manufacturing facility in Khandala MIDC, Satara, Maharashtra (Shirwal region).

We are looking for candidates with 1 to 2 years of practical machine-shop experience, knowledge of precision measuring instruments, Turning and Grinding processes, engineering drawings and basic CNC machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Use Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges and Dial Indicators accurately, including correct dial reading.
- Carry out machining work involving Turning and Grinding as per prescribed processes.
- Read and interpret engineering and process drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Handle CNC machines and assist with basic operating procedures.
- Perform dimensional checks using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Follow manufacturing processes, quality requirements and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality personnel as required.

Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing or machine-shop experience.
- Practical understanding of precision measuring instruments and accurate dial reading.
- Familiarity with Turning and Grinding operations.
- Ability to understand engineering/process drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine handling and general operating procedures.
- Attention to accuracy, quality and safe machine operation.
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant mechanical/manufacturing trade is preferred.
- Open to all eligible candidates.

Salary and Work Location Salary: INR 18,000 to INR 20,000 per month IN HAND. Final salary depends on experience,



technical capabilities and interview performance.

Actual worksite: ILJIN Global India Pvt. Ltd., Plot A2, Phase II, Khandala MIDC, Kesurdi, Taluka Khandala, District Satara, Maharashtra - 412802, in the Shirwal/Khandala industrial region near Pune.

Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site employment with Nikis Utility Services Pvt. Ltd., with deployment at the ILJIN client plant. This position is on Nikis payroll, not direct employment on ILJIN payroll.
