SpaceCrafter Studio (Kingar Signs Pvt Ltd), a signage and spatial-branding manufacturer in Bengaluru since 1991, is hiring Machine Operators for its recent SECOND SHIFT (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, full-time, on-site). Run CNC router, laser cutter and related machines to cut and profile acrylic, ACP, MDF and metal parts accurately, on time, with minimum wastage.
Location: Production workshop, #423 PWD Road, Kalkere Main Road, Horamavu, Bengaluru 560043 Shift: Second shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Experience: 1-4 years What you'll do:
- Operate CNC router, laser cutting / engraving and bending machines - Load design files, set tool paths, origin, speed and depth - Select correct bits / settings for acrylic, ACP, MDF, foam and metal - Plan sheet nesting to reduce material wastage - Check first piece against drawing before running the full batch - Label and stack cut parts by job number for assembly - Daily machine cleaning, lubrication and basic maintenance - Report breakdowns,
tool wear and material shortages immediately - Wear full PPE, follow machine / tool safety SOPs, keep the work area clean (5S at shift close) Must have:
- ITI / diploma or equivalent; 1+ year on a CNC router or laser machine - Basic computer skills - open files, use machine software - Understands measurements, tolerances and sheet sizes - Careful, focused and quality-conscious Good to have:
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW / AutoCAD / ArtCAM / RDWorks - Experience in signage or display fabrication What you get: fixed monthly salary + second-shift allowance; overtime as per company policy; PF, ESI and statutory benefits; all PPE provided; skill-based pay growth.
