Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate ice cream manufacturing machinery, maintain product quality and hygiene, minimize material wastage, and achieve daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery according to approved SOPs and safety procedures.
- Perform machine cleaning, sanitation, and Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) as required.
- Arrange raw materials, flavours, colours, mix, and packaging materials as per the production plan.
- Follow approved recipes and ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager, production staff, and Quality Assurance (QA) team.
- Monitor material consumption, production output, and wastage.




- Maintain production records and report machine breakdowns, material shortages, or quality issues promptly.
- Ensure proper cleaning of machinery and equipment after production and during batch changeovers.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical trade preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in machine operation, preferably in ice cream, dairy, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of machine operation, production SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Fresh candidates with relevant practical skills may also be considered.
- Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours as per operational requirements.
