Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Learning Engineer role based in the Greater Rajkot Area.

The Machine Learning

Engineer will design, implement, and deploy ML models for conversational AI, computer vision, and cybersecurity products, working closely with cross-functional teams. Daily work includes framing business problems as ML tasks, selecting appropriate algorithms, building data pipelines, training and evaluating models, and optimizing performance for production use.



The role involves integrating models into scalable systems, monitoring them in production, and iterating based on drift, feedback, and new requirements. The engineer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for reliability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for applications in conversational AI, computer vision, or anomaly detection.
- Solid understanding of Statistics for experiment design, model evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), data processing tools, and cloud or on-prem deployment environments.
- Comfort with software engineering practices, including version control, testing, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area and collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in cybersecurity, computer vision, or conversational AI products is a plus.
