MAC Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location : Mumbai ( Near CST)

Key Responsibilities Apple Device Management

- Deploy, configure, and support macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
- Manage Apple devices using JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and MDM solutions.
- Perform software installation, patch management, OS upgrades, and device security compliance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Apple devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device enrolment.

Network & LAN Administration
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and support network switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Diagnose network performance issues using standard networking tools.
- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for network-related incidents.
- Ensure network uptime and availability across office and plant locations.

IT Support & Operations
- Provide L2/L3 support to VIP user.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
- Support conference room technologies, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and endpoint security controls.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, audits, and technology upgrades.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent Apple certification.
- 5-8 years of experience in Apple device administration and IT support.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft 365.
- Robust understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, Switching, and Routing.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, or similar network technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and VIP users.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
