- Lead Merger and Acquisitions sourcing activities for assigned vendors and projects, primarily in Technology but also HR, Skilled Services, and Marketing.

- Review and analyze data to identify cost savings through vendor consolidation and renegotiations.

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, considering business requirements, departmental strategies, and market trends.

- Lead negotiations for master agreements and statements of work, acting as liaison between business and legal.

- Identify business risk areas and recommend actions.

- Provide approved sourcing tools, processes, and knowledge to qualify vendors and manage vendor relationships.

- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and vendors.





- Perform effectively under pressure with changing priorities and timelines.

- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in sourcing initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have:

- 7+ years experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, ideally with a specialization in Technology and some M&A; experience.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

- Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing vendor relationships.

- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.

- BA or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have:

- Procurement-specific qualification.
