Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Logistics team in day-to-day operational activities.

- Coordination with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders.

- Supervise Loading & Unloading.

- End to end coordination with Transporter for timely arrival of Kit at the Venue and ensure Forklift/Loaders at the venue within stipulated timeline.

- Occasional Travel at Venue to support Logistical Support.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational reports.

- Analyze logistics data and assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics operations.

- Support data entry, reporting, and reconciliation activities using MS Office.

- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely closure.





- Take initiative in identifying operational issues and suggesting practical solutions.

- Perform other logistics and supply-chain-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- B. Tech / B.E + Supply Chain Management

- Proactive and eager to learn.

- Analytical and comfortable working with data.

- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Good at coordination and follow-ups.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

- A team player with a positive and professional attitude.

- Candidate should be based in Gurgaon
