Key Responsibilities – Logistics Operations

- Handle end-to-end import and export shipment operations.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, CHA, agents, and overseas partners.
- Obtain and negotiate freight rates and local charges from shipping lines/agents.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers and maintain rate records.
- Coordinate booking, shipment planning, container allocation, and transportation.
- Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery and provide timely updates to customers.
- Handle and verify shipping and logistics documentation such as BL, SI, VGM, invoices, packing lists, COO, shipping bills, etc.
- Follow up on ETD, ETA, transshipment, vessel changes, delays, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with CHA/customs teams for customs clearance and documentation.




- Check freight invoices and additional charges and coordinate for corrections/approvals.
- Maintain shipment trackers, quotation records, customer follow-ups, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for vendor invoices, customer billing, and payment-related issues.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, discrepancies, and customer queries.
- Ensure all vendor/agent/customer communication and approvals are properly documented on email.
- Maintain robust coordination between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Ensure shipments are handled within agreed timelines and commercial terms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
