Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area, focused exclusively on FMCG operations.

The Logistics

Executive will oversee daily warehousing and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment across distribution channels. The role includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing transport partners, and optimizing delivery routes to meet service and cost targets.

Executive will monitor order processing, track dispatches, and resolve logistics-related issues to maintain smooth supply chain operations. This position also involves maintaining documentation,



supporting compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with production, sales, and finance teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in FMCG logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and distribution management.
- Ability to coordinate transport and delivery schedules, manage vendors, and optimize routes for cost and service efficiency.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and logistics or inventory management software for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, order management, and basic demand planning concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Prior on-site experience in FMCG logistics in the Greater Delhi Area or similar market is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to FMCG storage and transport.
