- Arrange and maintain the godown in a clean, organized, and systematic manner.

- Perform regular stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and verify quantities.

- Assist the purchase team by coordinating with suppliers and following up on orders.

- Support billing activities by preparing and verifying invoices before processing.

- Verify purchase and sales invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Pack products securely for dispatch according to company standards.

- Arrange courier services, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate timely dispatch of materials.

- Track dispatched consignments and maintain courier records.

- Update stock movement, inward, and outward registers on a daily basis.

- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.

- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
