Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Logistics Management Executive to manage in office logistics operations, material verification, manpower coordination, and site storage inspections. The role involves regular travel to project sites across India to ensure smooth execution of site activities and efficient utilization of materials and manpower.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits and inspect site readiness and operational requirements.
- Verify materials delivered to project sites against approved material lists and purchase documents.
- Check material availability, quantity, quality, and condition at the site.
- Coordinate and arrange manpower based on site requirements and project schedules.
- Verify material lists and maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and utilized.
- Inspect site storage areas to ensure proper storage, organization, and safety of materials.
- Identify material shortages, damages, discrepancies, and storage-related issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, logistics personnel,



and project managers for timely material movement.
- Prepare site inspection reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Ensure materials and manpower are available at the right time to avoid project delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, site coordination, material management, or a related field.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and travel are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of material verification, inventory management, and site operations is an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and follow site instructions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India based on project requirements.
- Responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based environment.

Work Location and Travel

- Base Location: Chennai.
- Work Nature: Field operations with regular site visits.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel across India as required by project sites.
