ABOUT THE COMPANY

Success Udyog Private Limited is a Pune-based company dealing in safety equipment and related products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logistic Billing Executive to join our team and support billing, documentation and logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare sales, logistics and GST invoices
- Generate e-way bills and maintain billing documents
- Verify product quantities, rates, GST and invoice details
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, Warehouse and Transporters
- Track dispatches and deliveries and maintain POD records
- Prepare and maintain billing and logistics reports in MS Excel
- Handle billing discrepancies and documentation queries
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing activities





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate – B.Com/BBA preferred
- Basic knowledge of GST, billing and logistics
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Tally/ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good follow-up and time-management skills
- Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
