Job highlights

- 2 4 years of US loan operations experience
- Book new loans, renewals and modifications in the core banking system; process daily payments, advances and payoffs.
- Maintain collateral and documentation files; perform file maintenance (e.g., rate resets, index changes).
- Reconcile loan sub ledger to the general ledger and resolve system exceptions.
- Support regulatory and investor reporting (e.g., SBA 1502 reports) and prepare for audits.
- Coordinate with loan officers, credit staff and branches on servicing questions and documentation needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, finance or related field; 2 4 years of US loan operations experience.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and loan servicing software.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, payment processing, and relevant regulations (e.g., Reg B, Reg Z, SBA program rules).
- Detail oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
