- Technical Support:Provide support and troubleshooting for Loan IQ software, assisting end-users with technical issues, inquiries, and system errors

- Analyze and resolve system-related problems, working closely with users and IT teams

- System Maintenance and Configuration:Assist in system configuration, setup, and maintenance of Loan IQ modules or functionalities

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with the IT department

- User Training and Documentation:Conduct training sessions for users on Loan IQ functionalities, updates, and best practices

- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for reference

- Issue Resolution and Escalation:Investigate complex issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders or vendor support for issue resolution





- Escalate critical system issues to higher-level support or software vendors when necessary

- Data Analysis and Reporting:Extract, analyze, and present data from Loan IQ for reporting purposes or to assist in decision-making processes

- Generate custom reports or queries to meet specific business requirements

Skills and Qualifications

- Loan IQ Expertise: In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Loan IQ software, its modules, configurations, and functionalities

- Financial Industry Knowledge: Understanding of syndicated loans, lending operations, and financial instruments

- Technical Support Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, work with databases, perform system configurations, and resolve software-related problems
