Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled servicing, safety inspections, and lubrication of moving parts. Breakdown & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic malfunctions promptly.

Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment meets local safety regulations, building codes, and standard operating procedures.

Documentation: Keep detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory lists of spare parts
