We are looking for experienced professionals in the Reinsurance industry to join Swiss Re’s Life & Health (L&H;) Sales Operations Team, supporting the APAC region. The role involves quote administration, contract execution, deal lifecycle monitoring, and reinsurance contract analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and update quote onboarding status in internal systems.
- Manage deal lifecycle monitoring and quote administration.
- Analyze reinsurance contract terms and ensure accurate setup in internal systems.
- Support reinsurance contract execution and treaty reviews.
- Identify and minimize operational risks, process leakages, and administrative issues.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS requirements and internal operational standards.
- Support annual portfolio reviews and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for stakeholders.
- Provide audit-related responses and support system testing and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, Claims,



and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in training initiatives and projects to enhance process knowledge and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Reinsurance industry.
- Experience in Reinsurance Administration, Quote Administration, or Contract Execution.
- Understanding of Life & Health (L&H;) insurance and reinsurance products.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reinsurance contract terms.
- Basic understanding of the reinsurance value chain, including Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Valuation, and Accounting.
- Knowledge of operational risk management (ORM) is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support team members.
