Litigation & Notices: Draft and issue demand notices (e.g., Section 138/cheque bounce, arbitration) and file/track civil and criminal recovery lawsuits.

- Asset Enforcement: Execute asset recovery laws (like SARFAESI), coordinate property attachments, and oversee the repossession of collateral from defaulters.

- Legal Coordination: Brief panel advocates, monitor court dates/orders, and manage third-party collection agencies.

- Settlements & Compliance: Facilitate One-Time Settlements (OTS) and debt restructuring while strictly ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and fair practices.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain legal case files and track performance through periodic MIS and recovery metrics reports.
