- Candidate will be part of HO Legal Team and shoulder the responsibilities of SARFAESI & Section 138 process at HO Level.
- Candidate will be sharing the responsibilities of Audit & NHB, RBI and otherCompliance related legal aspects.
- Candidate will be sharing the responsibilities related to MIS and litigation management.
- Candidate will be responsible for issuance of section 13(2) notices in SARFAESI process.
- Candidate will have to work on excels, mail marge command and other related tools along with working in Apps like Provakil & EnCollect.Key Skills:Mandatory:
Looking for strong experience in drafting section 13(2) notices , MIS and Excel
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
