1. Candidate will be part of HO Legal Team and shoulder the responsibilities of SARFAESI & Section 138 process at HO Level.
2. Candidate will be sharing the responsibilities of Audit & NHB, RBI and otherCompliance related legal aspects.
3. Candidate will be sharing the responsibilities related to MIS and litigation management.
4. Candidate will be responsible for issuance of section 13(2) notices in SARFAESI process.
5. Candidate will have to work on excels, mail marge command and other related tools along with working in Apps like Provakil & EnCollect.Key Skills:Mandatory: Looking for strong experience in drafting section 13(2) notices , MIS and Excel
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
