Legal Counsel / Legal Manager

Role We are looking for a hands-on Legal Counsel to manage Ekfrazo’s day-to-day legal, commercial and contractual requirements. The candidate should be capable of independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and advising business teams on legal risks.

Key Responsibilities - Draft, review and negotiate MSA, SOW, NDA, SLA, Work Orders, Service Agreements and Commercial Contracts.

- Draft and manage Employee Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, Consultant, Freelancer, Advisor and Independent Contractor Agreements.
- Review vendor, partner, subcontractor and customer agreements.
- Identify contractual risks around payment, liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, termination, non-solicitation and data protection.
- Support Sales, HR, Finance and Delivery teams on contractual and legal matters.
- Handle legal notices, disputes and contractual breaches, coordinating with external lawyers when required.
- Ensure proper IP protection,



confidentiality and data privacy across contracts.
- Maintain contract records, renewals and key legal obligations.
- Build and maintain standard legal templates and contract playbooks for Ekfrazo.

Requirements - LLB with 4–8 years of relevant experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Experience with IT/Technology services contracts preferred.
- Good understanding of employment, contract, IP and data privacy laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
