Since we have acquired this plant, there are legacy matters relating to land, revenue and various agencies that need to be resolved.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

- Managing all the court cases pending from the Civil Court to the Himachal Pradesh High Court at Shimla. Maintain and update the litigation MIS.
- Addressing various land and revenue issues to attain transparent title.
- Handling issues related to PR and branding for proper presence in media.
- Land and revenue audit.
- Handling trade union and labour matters
- Develop proper drafting and documentation.
- Updating revenue record and minimize the existing disputes and avoiding future litigation out of it.
- Coordinate with administration and various government and private agencies as per need.
- Digitization of entire record.
- Develop proper relationship with all the stakeholders.
Educational Background and Work Experience





Educational Background :

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)/ Bachelor of Social Legal Science (B.S.L)

Work Experience:

Minimum of 4 years for work experience.
