- The candidate will be administering certain Property & Tenants litigations and overseeing all other legal affairs for the company and reporting directly to the company s Directors.
- The job will entail a complete management of all phases of the litigation process starting from court procedures, contract drafting and closing, trial work, appeals and finally settlements.
- The person will be required to collaborate, brief and work with the company s Litigation attorneys, the city s top Legal Counsels, and the Company s directors.

Typical Duties Description

- The primary job will be to hand all the company s legal real estate work.
- Advising the company based on laws and regulations that pertain to real property, including housing laws, commercial property leasing, real estate financing, title issues and searches, escrow arrangements,



property management, and Leave & Licensee agreements.
- The job would include negotiating and drafting contracts regarding all real estate transactions from purchase of land, joint development agreements leave and license agreements etc.
- For the ongoing litigation matters of the company, managing the ongoing lawsuits, court cases, and arbitrations in as much as coordinating and collaborating between the companies law firms and Senior Counsels and communicating the same to the legal head and the directors.
- Collaborating with and briefing solicitors, councils, and litigation attorneys Drafting and Vetting of Plaints / Complaints / Written Submissions / Notices/ Affidavits in litigations with respect to these matters.

Preferred Requirements Description
- 10 years experience in field and especially experience in real estate industry Acquainted with Real Estate Central/State laws and regulations.
- Must be familiar with practices and procedures pertaining to land purchases, sales, lease/license, ownership, municipal development rules & regulations, MOFA / RERA and real estate laws.
