- Legal Consultation: Providing legal advice and opinions on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulations, litigation, and compliance

- Research and Analysis: Conducting legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, and analyzing the impact on clients

- Contract Review: Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the interests of clients

- Litigation Support: Assisting in dispute resolution, representing clients in legal proceedings, or coordinating with external counsel in litigation cases

- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring that clients adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Risk Assessment: Identifying and evaluating legal risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them

- Legal Document Management: Overseeing the organization and maintenance of legal documents and records
