We are looking for a skilled Lead Technology Manager, VP with 15 to 20 years of experience in technology management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, data engineering, and people management skills. This position is based in Pune, India.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develops, owns, and executes business deliveries end-to-end.

- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of users and technology.





- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

- Collaborates with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

- Works with cross-functional teams including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

- Provides technical leadership and manages work of Sprint development team and Business Analysts team.

- Manages big data tools: Experience with managing big data, including tools such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Kafka, etc

- Understands cloud computing: Understanding of cloud storage and cloud computing.
