Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain project governance, processes, standards, and reporting frameworks. Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables. Prepare weekly/monthly project and management reports.

Coordinate with project managers, business teams, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, dashboards, and documentation. Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and financial performance.

Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance forums. Identify project risks and dependencies and ensure timely escalation and resolution. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health.

Drive adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and organizational policies. Support portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and capacity/resource management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
