Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead SDET to join our team The Lead SDET will be responsible for overseeing the automation testing of our Cloud Management platform, ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards, and helping to drive the automation testing strategy, Location:

Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Lead automation testing for the cloud management platform, Create and maintain automation test cases and suites, Integrate automation tests into the development process, working closely with developers, Collaborate with QA team members to find and fix defects, Implement automation testing best practices and improve the testing framework, Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python,



Conduct performance testing with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust, Monitor and report on automation and performance testing progress and results, Align the automation and performance testing strategy with product qualitygoals, Manage and mentor automation QA engineers, Required Skills:

Strong experience with automation testing frameworks, including Robot Framework, Robust programming skills inPython, Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, orLocust)

Good understanding of cloud services and the AWS ecosystem

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively, Passion for automation and performance testing, Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, Experience testing cloud-based applications, Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in automation and performance testing, Experience leading and managing automation testing teams, Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field,
