Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Network Engineer role based in Mumbai.

The Senior Network

Engineer will design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures to support Parseq’s business services and IT operations.

Responsibilities include configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls,



and other network devices; monitoring performance; and proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability. The role involves strengthening network security, managing access controls, and supporting incident response in coordination with security and IT teams.

The Senior Network

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on network-related projects, contribute to architecture and capacity planning, maintain documentation and standards, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design to plan, develop, and optimize complex enterprise networks.
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Troubleshooting to manage configurations, monitor performance, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Solid understanding of Network Security to implement secure architectures, access controls, and best practices for protecting data and systems.
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs), firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools, and experience working in multi-site or hybrid environments.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, JNCIP, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
- Several years of experience in senior or lead network engineering roles, ideally within managed services or large enterprise settings.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office in Hyderabad.
