We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generator based in Siliguri to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing potential leads, primarily through field visits and cold outreach. A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role, as it involves local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Visit potential customers in assigned areas to understand their requirements and introduce company offerings.
- Maintain and update lead data using the company's CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal sales team.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation progress and market feedback.
- Build strong customer relationships to convert leads into long-term business.
- Travel within the city and surrounding areas as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or field marketing preferred.
- Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
