- Experience in D2C business management with expertise in Shopify platform, Meta & Google performance marketing, and CRM retention strategies

- Own and scale D2C revenue, manage Shopify e-commerce, lead performance marketing, drive influencer and affiliate marketing, optimize checkout and payment processes, and manage teams and stakeholders

Own the D2C business, revenue, growth, budget and P&L;.

- Manage and scale the Shopify e-commerce platform, merchandising and CRO.

- Lead Meta & Google performance marketing with focus on CAC, ROAS and profitable acquisition.

- Drive influencer, creator, UGC and affiliate marketing initiatives.

- Develop CRM and retention strategies through WhatsApp, Email and SMS.

- Optimize checkout, payment gateways, COD/prepaid mix and RTO.

- Drive product launches, promotions, bundles, upselling and AOV growth.

- Monitor D2C analytics, dashboards, conversion, LTV and profitability.

- Lead creative, customer experience and end-to-end customer journey initiatives.

- Manage D2C teams, agencies, technology partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
