About Audit & Assurance Services

Audit and Assurance services (AAS) division is engaged in Statutory Audit, Limited Reviews, Tax audit, Ind AS/IFRS convergence, IPO support services, etc.

We are looking for a young and dynamic candidate in our AAS Division to assist in business development activities of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Following are some of the critical responsibilities:

- Identifying the business opportunities for the firm
- Extensive research & data crunching for lead generation across industries.
- Being a part of core business development team in AAS, involved in business planning, new initiatives and successful implementation of it.
- Co-ordinating for meetings with prospective clients
- Preparing the business proposals and presentations
- Co-ordinate in organising periodic meetings of all the Leaders in the firm
- Update the Leaders on key development in the Industry such as merger, acquisitions, movement of Key people, Auditor appointments, resignations etc.




- Ensuring and helping in filing empanelment of firm with C&AG;, MEF, LIC, etc.
- Regular updating of Firm’s Profile, Proposals and other marketing material of the firm
- Compilation of Annual Business Plan – Reports & Presentations and tracking thereof on regular basis
- Track wins, deals and cross referrals on the Firm’s systems in close co-ordination with concerned teams. Updating senior management of all the business proposals.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience of 1 - 3 years’ and above
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Adaptable in recent technologies including AI
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and Power Point
- Advanced knowledge in use of marketing and research tools such as ACE Equity/ Bloomberg/ Prowess, etc.
- Awareness of the industry trends and recent happenings in the market.
- Target oriented & a positive networking skills
- Ready to take initiatives & develop new techniques for business growth.
- Ability to work under pressure and in demanding roles

Preferred Qualifications MBA Finance/Marketing from reputed business schools + B. Com (Preferred)

Having experience in Business Development (worked with Consultancy especially in a large CA firm would be added advantage)
