- Leads systems analysis and design.
- Leads design and development of applications.
- Develops and ensures creation of application documents.
- Defines and produces integration builds.
- Monitors emerging technology trends.
- Leads maintenance and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s Degree or International equivalent
- Bachelors Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred
- Relevant Years of Experience : 10-15 years

Primary Skills:

- C# .Net: 8+ years
- Full Stack Development: 6+ years
- Leading agile team deploying in CI/CD pipeline workplace: 5+ years
- Experience in architecture and design of large scale, operationally critical products; multiple products delivered from inception to delivery

Preferences
- Mobile development experience, ideally in Xamarin

Secondary Skills:

- Proven experience mentoring and providing leadership to junior developers, examples of mentorship, upholding code quality and code standards, innovation, etc.
- Proven experience in big picture/strategic thinking
